Mimu & Me products are made for children ages 3+ and are designed to be used with direct adult supervision. Because several products contain small parts, always follow the age guidance and safety information listed on the product page and packaging.

Third-party safety testing

Our products are tested by independent third-party laboratories against applicable product-safety requirements for the markets where we sell them. Materials and testing requirements vary by product, so we keep product-specific compliance documentation and test records rather than treating every item as though it is made or tested in exactly the same way.

Materials

Materials vary across the Calm & Confident Collection, including silicone, wood, paper-based components and textiles. Where relevant, material details are listed on the individual product page. If you have a specific material or allergy question, please contact us before purchasing and we will help you confirm the details for that product.

Where our products are made

Our products are manufactured with production partners in China. Our manufacturing partners have completed amfori BSCI social-compliance audits. These audits focus on responsible working conditions and supply-chain practices; they are separate from product-safety testing.

Can I see the test reports?

We keep the applicable safety and compliance documentation for our products. We do not routinely publish full raw laboratory reports because they can contain supplier, laboratory and technical information that is not especially useful to families. If you are a retailer, wholesale partner, regulator, or customer with a specific safety question, please contact us at hello@mimuandme.com and we can provide the appropriate information for the product in question.

Questions or product concerns

If you ever receive a product that appears damaged, defective or unsafe, please stop using it and contact us at hello@mimuandme.com with your order number and photos if possible. We want to address product concerns quickly and appropriately.
