Sensory Bumblebee Book

Our high contrast, soft bee book was chosen for a few different reasons, but specifically for sensory play for babies targeting sound, mouthing, texture, and sight play. 

Babies around one year old start to be able to turn thick pages of a book. While not a board book, Busy Bee still allows babies to practice this skill.

The book also offers numerous flaps of different textures (and sounds!) throughout the story to keep your baby engaged. At the end, you’ll even find a hidden plastic mirror!

Mirrors are great for babies as they help develop visual tracking and even social-emotional skills and self-awareness. Have you ever seen a one year old smile and coo at themselves in the mirror? And then sometime around 18 months, your baby starts to realizes it’s them in the mirror which gives lots of opportunity for playing with the mirror itself!
