On my son's first flight, we put his little red backpack in a grey bin at airport security. When it went through the X-ray machine, he cried because he thought his favourite toys were gone forever. We hadn't explained what would happen, and that moment stayed with me.
My kids had always loved reusable stickers and water-reveal books in our Adventure Anywhere Kits. What if one little book could combine both kinds of play and show kids what really happens at an airport? With pediatric occupational therapist Dr. Calli Studebaker, I created Calm Crew scenes with short stories and parent tips. Then we added four glossy pages for packing activities, travel games, playful strategies and stickers to use again. One book for getting ready, playing along and enjoying the journey.

My First Flight is recommended for children ages 3+ with adult supervision. Young travellers can paint with water, explore the stickers and talk through the story with a grown-up.
